    Hello People,
I'm about to redisgn our Company Portal. I need some guidance whether to start coding the new design in HTML or CSS (div's).
    Technology used is PHP, MYSQL.
How easy/ difficult is it for the Tech team to impletment their PHP code in a CSS based layout as against the existing HTML?
Its a BIG site with lots of dynamic/ static content.
    Regardz,

It's very easy to use PHP with a CSS layout because you're not changing anything to do with the structure of the site. It's not a case of choosing HTML or CSS, CSS is an addition to an HTML page.

It's just a case of removing all the HTML formatting and replacing it with CSS class references. It'll probably be a labourious job to do but once it's done things will be a lot easier in the future.

Take a look at www.w3schools.com - they've got a very good CSS tutorial.
