Hey there peeps, I'm going back over some sites to make them compliant and I can't even put a docType on them .

    http://www.westclub.co.uk/index.php

This is the current page and how it should look. Notice the effect of the Logo image sliding along as you resize the window and also that the H1 image is actually below the menu. There is also a weird quirk where the page has a resize bar along the bottom.

http://www.westclub.co.uk/index2.php this is the page with a HTML 4.01 Transitional doctype, which complies. Theres a load'a bother with the Block level elements overlapping each another but I'd like to keep the effect while still upping the accessability. If anyone has any ideas please contrib, cheers.

I viewed in IE6 and it was screwed, but appeared ok in Firebird, so it must be the way IE6 formats for the DocType
