    I dont know about 'embeding' it into a website, but ive seen it done

    For embeding into a website, the code would be :

    <embed src="pathname/movie.mov" width="xxx" height="yyy" autoplay=true></embed>

    Where xxx and yyy are the width and heigh values of the movie clip. You can also specify autoplay to be "false" if you do not want it to start right away.
