Well, maybe the title was a bit dramatic but when I go on my website in IE there is a dotted border coloured browny/cream running verticlly down the page. its only on the left hand side of a TD on the right (CSS: border-right:1px dotted #[COLOR]).

But when I view the page and scroll up and down the dots (or dashes) kind of jumble up and sometimes disapear or form one long line, its really weird.

any ideas on how to fix this?

    thanks

Maybe you fixed it, but your link doesn't work. Without seeing it I can't be sure but it sounds like it's just a problem with your video settings, I don't know of any CSS bugs such as this.

Sounds like an issue with IE not knowing how the internet should look. Can't fix somethng that looks different when you scroll it short of changing settings on individual's computers.

Can't reproduce the error in IE or Firebird, on a 64mb graphics card.

Yeah it's a IE specific problem. Reproduceable on IE6 on Win2k, but not on any other browser. Sucks.
