    how can i freez the back ground image so when i scroll down only the text move up and the bg image still not moving

    that was something that netscape used to do a while back when you set the background of a table as an image. (if im not mistaken) If you want to achieve that effect today you could set a large image to position:fixed; and z-index: 0; and be sure you put the rest of your content as any z-index larger then 0.

    What that does is give your image the browser as its container so it wont scroll(position:fixed;).. then you would 'layer' the rest of your site over this image (z-index: (anything bigger then 0)

    Edit: im not sure what exactly this would do, its theroetical. Hope this helps.

    Do it with CSS.

    Look on www.alistapart.com for tutorials on it.

    Or look at their CSS, they do exactly what you want.

    If they don't have the tutorial, look on webmonkey or w3schools. They are in my sig below.
