    Ok, I was just wonderin' how to do this. I was looking through a webpage that had this effect on ever page.

    First click on HTML on the left side of the screen, then click on NEWS at the top of the screen to see an example of what i want. You can see you can either scroll up or down and stay in one spot instead of extending the length of your page, somewhat like an iframe.

    But I cant seem to find the code to do it... Please help... thanks.

    Then go on scrollers and there are a load of free scripts there I expect you could use. I think it is usually done in Javascript. So have a look see if that helps.
