I hope someone can please help me. I am trying to make a fluid three column page. I can not seem to get it right. Espcially the fluid part. Can anyone help?

seems like your problem is the *IE fudge* you removed from the original code

if you add all the IE fudge it works fine

if your concerned about the top banner moving with the page, make only the writing an image, and the blue and light blue stripes behind it can be a one by whatever height it is image that is sretched across the page. Sorry if my explaination dosen't make any sense, heh.
