    I dont know what exactly is causing this but i know that you are missing alot of <td></td> tags inside your tables.

    IE is simply making up for the missing tags because that is what it does best.. real browsers wont tolerate that sort of thing.

    put your site through the validator and i suggest you download either netscape, mozilla or firefox so that you code you pages correctly.

    I was not able to extract a character encoding labeling from any of the valid sources for such information. Without encoding information it is impossible to validate the document. The sources I tried are:

    The HTTP Content-Type field.
    The XML Declaration.
    The HTML "META" element.
    Thats what i get when i try to run it through the validator.

    You need a DOCTYPE, and charset

    add this

    Code:
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
         "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/transitional.dtd">

    <html>
    <head>
       <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
       ....
    </head>
    ...
