    not sure exactly what you are tyring to do.. create a link to a sound file? Why are you trying to convert from mp3 to wav if you are delivering over the internet? and what do you mean by placing an internet tv station in html? Do you mean you want to put an image of the tv station into your document?

    well my understanding is you can only save midi or wav files in html and not mp3 so ive managed to convert my background music for my html website by decoding it from an mp3 to wav and works fine on my websit. what i wont to do now is place a internet tv in one of my table cells, so when i have people looking at my website they can watch tv station if they wont to, i also want to put a radio station on my website aswell

    HTML itself is textual and cannot store binary information. What you are referring to is using a plugin within the browser to deliver content such as MP3 files.

    Try searching for Windows Media within HTML.

    what ive done is imported the file through html
    which gives me this:

    <ASX version = "3.0">
    <Entry>
    <Ref href = "mms://stream.ihost.nu/nwez3" />
    </Entry>
    </ASX>
