    I'm not too sure if this can be done in HTML or not. I believe it can. But I'm trying to have the background not scroll but jus the information. How would I do that?

    You can use a CSS property for background if you have many pages you want to be static:
    Code:
    <body style="background-attachment: fixed">
    (or turn it into a style such as:
    Code:
    .fixedbg {
    background-attachment: fixed;
    }
    You can also just use:
    Code:
    <body bgproperties="fixed">
    on your body tag.

    Good Luck!
