    Here is how it looks in IE.
    I don't want to look like this, is there any way to get the same on both?
    I'm using this CSS:
    Code:
    #leftnavcont li, #leftnavcont a {
    	list-style-position:inherit;
    	list-style-image: url(../../images/GrBl/navbullet.gif);
    	letter-spacing: 3px;
    	padding:4px;
    	font-size:12px;
    	color:#666666;
    	text-decoration:none}
    #leftnavcont li:hover, #leftnavcont a:hover { border:1px solid #FFF;
    	border-width:1px 0px 1px 1px;
    	padding:3px 4px 3px 3px;
    	background-color:#FF9900;
    	color:#FFFFFF}
    Thanks

    It's good looking!

    You're telling the browser to put a white border around the link and li when it's hovered over, and they both have padding-left of 3px, so that probably explains the 3px wide orange rectangle.

    Try

    Code:
    #leftnavcont li:hover { border:1px solid #FFF;
    	border-width:1px 0px 1px 1px;
    	padding:3px 4px 3px 0px;
    	background-color:#FF9900;
    	color:#FFFFFF}
    #leftnavcont a:hover { border:1px solid #FFF;
    	border-width:1px 0px 1px 1px;
    	padding:3px 4px 3px 3px;
    	background-color:#FF9900;
    	color:#FFFFFF}

    I suppose you mean:
    Code:
    #leftnavcont li, #leftnavcont a  { border:1px solid #FFF;
    	border-width:1px 0px 1px 1px;
    	padding:3px 4px 3px 0px;
    	background-color:#FF9900;
    	color:#FFFFFF}
    #leftnavcont a:hover, #leftnavcont li:hover { border:1px solid #FFF;
    	border-width:1px 0px 1px 1px;
    	padding:3px 4px 3px 3px;
    	background-color:#FF9900;
    	color:#FFFFFF}
    Right?
    Thanks
