The only browser with CSS support at version 3 is Opera, and it's very, very limited. (CSS1)

This page has loads of information on different areas of CSS and its compatibility with the different browsers listed at the top of the page.

    Thanks

I have to start using it now. No more excuses. There arent too many people left that have a 3.0 or a 4.0 for that matter.

    Are you referring to CSS?

    Yeah

I am referring to CSS. I use it inline a little now, but I just need to hunker down learn it well enough to do an entire linked sheet.

It's not so difficult as it appears. It's just much easier than a complicated tableset with thousands of nested tags.
This tutorial by glyakk is a good starting point if you are new to CSS, or at least new to CSS positioning (no tables).
I'm currently designing my web site without using tables and it's going good, it's easier than I thaught.

    Graphics

What about intense graphics work, like slices ? Is that easy? Most of my customers are looking for that now.
