    In this project that I'm fooling around with now in my free time, I'm trying to kill this freaking problem in Firefox.

    Open this link in IE, and look how well the margins/padding works in it, then check it out in Firefox. The padding above all the Lipsum is totally messed up, and it's really annoying.

    If anyone knows what the problem is, PLEASE fill me in, as this problem is always a crippling one to me, and it pisses me off.

    Thanks!

    it's this:
    Code:
    padding-top: -10px;
    padding: 10px;
    Change it to
    Code:
    padding:0px 10px 10px 10px;

    It's back to how it was originally. Still a small gap.

    Gee golly.

    I thought that's what you wanted?

    It looks just like it did in IE. I don't know what the issue is, can you clarify?

    BTW, you must have changed something else: I had it working locally when I made just that change. I'll fool around with it a bit more to see if I can fix it.

    Ahh, here we go. The <p> tag has a default margin in W3C spec.

    Add in to your stylesheet:
    Code:
    p{
    margin-top:0px;
    }
