Ok, I am developing a site and have a 17in. flat screen. Figured that not alot of people will have that res. so i am desiging the site in res 8-6,, well after i go back to 1024-768 i get a gap in my table,, i dont think it should be there because i have all my padding border and spacing set to "0".
I know the background color is not right, that is what let me know there is a gap.
    here is the link.

Is the 'gap' the big vertical white space to the right? At high resolution I get the gap and then a blue vertical bar. At 1024x768 the blue bar is off screen and the window won't scroll over there, at least on Firefox.
