    I have a DHTML menu that's supposed to be your standard rollover-to-show-the-subdirectories menu. Instead, it's just sitting there doing zilch.

    There is no content and the links will just take you to a page that does not exist (which isn't the problem).

    Does anyone know why this is not showing the submenus?

    IE says (in the status bar after loading): "Done, but with errors on the page"

    Also your html does not validate due to this line :
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="menu.css" />
    the last forward slash needs to be taken out.. this is standard html not xhtml, and if it was, it would need to have the correct header in the code

    Are you sure it is pointing to the javascript file correctly?

    Your scripts look very old... lots of references to Netcape 4 and IE4, plus there's the odd error, like colours '#878787' and CSS properties ('none') not being quoted.
    I tried to get the whole collection of scripts of your website, but it was missing:
    js/HM_ScriptNS4.js
    js/HM_ScriptDOM.js
    js/HM_ScriptIE4.js
    Used for cross browser compatibility.
