Ok, so I was just hired as the webmaster for this site http://www.bobsspaceracers.com/frames/index.htm and my first "assignment" is to fix the frame-breakage problem. My first attempt was to use 3 frames instead of two, but the problem with that is that the navigation is done with coolmenus, and using 3 frames messed it up.

Is there a really easy fix that I'm just not seeing?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Try using the 'target="nameofframe"' parameter in the <a> tags. Then name the main content frame 'nameofframe', but obviously remember to keep the two the same (doesn't matter what they are called.
