    Basically i want an Navigation bar that is just a box, i have a Div, and i want the boxes to be on either side of the center, (on left one right" i dont want the boxes to touch anything an d i want a cell where i can put Navigation/ a graphic for that says Navigation, here is the code i have

    Cant you make raw html layout and add the div where you would like the content?
