After 498 recomendations for css instead of tables, i have taken the hint, and are planning to start out a career in css.

Now i've found out, i need a little push in the right direction. First of all, i wonder if it's possible (of course it is possible) i mean smart to use Dreamweaver. I'm comfortable with the program, and are a student, so serious cramming isnt very attractive. If you can recomend the use of Dreamweaver to build sites with css, do you know about any sites with tutorials? If not, do you know about any sites with tut's for beginners like me?

I find the best way to learn is by example.
Go to this site ... scroll down about half-way and view
    the examples of CSS.

Take the style sheets and example web pages, put them on
your own PC and play around with the .css files to see
    what the various parameters do.

When you need to know more about a particular attribute,
do a search on google to find a complete definition.
