I can't get this page to look right in IC. IE is ignoring the background and border styles of my table. Take a look at the page in Mozilla and it will display correctly, then look at it in IE:

Anyone know how I can make this table look right?

Try putting all the styles in the CSS file and see if that helps. Maybe IE doesn't like the commenting or something in your <style> tags.

this is because ie does not like to treat some elements fairly.. like the <tr> tag..

Ok, so I tried not relying on the <tr> and used <div>s each with a table inside. Still no good in IE for windows. Whats strange is when I either reload the page a whole bunch of times after a while it will display right. But then when I reload it again, it will go back to the incorrect display without background colors or borders. It will also sometimes display right when I drag the window off the screen and back again. Very strange behavior.

try changing the style to inline style.. like so:
    HTML Code:
    <tr style="border: 1px solid #FFF"></tr>
    See if this helps?
