    Hey all,

I am having a problem with my website. I have a sports website, and obviuosly I need to update it with headlines etc. But if I upload a file, i will visit the page 2 minutes later, and it will come up with the old information. Because of this, I refresh the page and it is all good.

So is there some sort of code I can add to my pages so that users dont get old information?

    Cheers,

    Addi
