    What does this mean -

    ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=Data!RC[3]"


    especialy the !RC part?
    What is '3' - row/column what??

    Never mind, got it:

    "Data" is the name of the sheet.
    ! is a notation like "." or ->

    RC is RowColumn

    RxCy means , from the current cell, refer to the xth row and yth column
    x,y may be -ve.
