    Hi,

I hate dropdown menus as everytime I need one I get problems like this.

Anyway I have a dropdown menu and an image fader on this site:

    Isaak Walton Hotel, Dovedale, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 2AY- Tel: +44 (0)1335 350 555

when you hover over the menu in both IE and FF the menu drops behind the images.

The image fader is using the jquery.innerfade.js plugin:

    http://www.new.atumstudios.com/isaak...y.innerfade.js

    and this css file:

    http://www.new.atumstudios.com/isaak/css/jq_fade.css

The dropdown menu is using this javascript file:

    http://www.new.atumstudios.com/isaak/dropdown.js

    and this css file:

    http://www.new.atumstudios.com/isaak/dropdown.css

I have tried adding different Z-Depths to the CSS files for the elements but this seems to have no effect.

    Can anyone help me?

    Thanks

Thanks a million, thought I'd already tried that but looks like I had only set the Z-Index to 9999 on the top parts of the menu and not the parts that actually drop down.

One day I'll get the hang of these menus but I just seem to have a complete mental block with them at the moment.

You don't really need to set it to 9999 but I suppose if someone in the future were to edit it.
