    Hi Guys,

    I'm new to webpage designing and i'm building my portfolio site.
    I just want to ask (hoping someone here can help me) how to do the stuff like in this website : VIDEO COPILOT | After Effects Tutorials, Plug-ins and Stock Footage for Post Production Professionals

    Basically, i want to know how they make a preview of the videos when the mouse is over the thumbnail. I want it to be flexible meaning it will work for video, flash and image preview.
