I havent done an image appear while scrolling before. I would like to try one out. Does anyone know where to find a tutorial, code, or plugin to be able to do this within JavaScript or jQuery?

I went and looked at your link and the first thing I saw was
Lazy Load is currently not usable. It does not work with the latest browsers as expected. I have currently no time updating the code myself. Patches are always welcome. If you find a solution just fork and send a pull request. Thanks!
Does this mean you found a solution?

typically never works in IE.

BUT, I've gotta say, IE9 will compete with FF4 and Chrome9, call me crazy. The issue is that it'll take 10 more years before corporations even move up to IE9. jesus, still on IE7... barely got rid of IE6 these days (2.5% in the US, 10% worldwide still... ugh)

That's because IE9 requires Vista or Windows 7, and companies don't want to go down either route because there really isn't any good reason to. There are no tangible benefits to either O/S that I've seen that make it worth spending money on over XP.
