    Does anyone know how to make an event occur when someone reaches a point in a site?? Ive researched and im not finding what i need

    not just on mouse over. Ive seen it used with a ready function so when the page is scrolled to the area the animation takes place.

    That's why I said onmousemove, not onmouseover.

    But again, that was a guess on my part. I've never had a reason to do that before.

    yes i see what you are saying but im not looking for a "mouse" action. Im looking for a way when they scroll down the page it will load.

    ya i saw that, but that still doesnt solve the issue how i can get it to appear when it hits a certain section in the page

    That would likely require some adaptation of the scrollTop attribute.

    Something along the lines of:

    if document.body.scrollTop >= (the scrollTop of the part of the page you want to hit), go ahead and do stuff.
