    <noscript> <--- this part is your problem.
    <span id="cdSiteSeal1">
    <script type="text/javascript" src="//tracedseals.starfieldtech.com/siteseal/get?scriptId=cdSiteSeal1&amp;cdSealType=Seal1&amp; sealId=55e4ye7y7mb73d2127410f414a1be4bn8qy7mb7355e 4ye7d7de709211cfbea99"></script>
    </span>
    </noscript> <-- this part is also your problem.

    The noscript tags were intended for use when Javascript is not available, so for example if you wanted to put a link to your GoDaddy verification there, you could.

    When you put the Javascript inside of the noscript tags, it won't work because it's a script in a block that isn't supposed to use script.

    What you'll actually want is something like this:
    Code:
     <td height="1" colspan="5" valign="top"><img src="Images/home2_10.png" width="864" height="1">
            <span id="cdSiteSeal1">
            <script type="text/javascript" src="//tracedseals.starfieldtech.com/siteseal/get?scriptId=cdSiteSeal1&amp;cdSealType=Seal1&amp;sealId=55e4ye7y7mb73d2127410f414a1be4bn8qy7mb7355e4ye7d7de709211cfbea99"></script>
            </span>
            <noscript>You can put a link to your GoDaddy verification here or whatever you want to.</noscript>
    </td>
    At some point, you're going to want to break the habit of using tables for layouts as well. That's not what they were intended for. But take things a step at a time...get this working first and then try to improve on the code. Tables are meant for...well, information stored in tables. They're not intended for use to lay things out, although using divs and things like that can be harder.

    (I just wanted to say that before others stepped in).

    Thanks for your timely response. Still working on resolving my issue.

    I am aware of using tables for layouts is unprofessional but unfortunately i only posses a high-school understanding of HTML and web design. I do plan on buying some books and moving on to CSS or whatever happens to be the proper way to do things these days.

    Thanks again.

    Could my issue have anything to do with i am only testing it on my own machine (Ie. File>Preview In Browser> Firefox)? And not actually uploading the page to the server to see if it is working?

    Nope. It's the noscript tag. Unless you're previewing it on a machine that doesn't have an Internet connection, that is.
