    On the website CSS Mania, more and more projects are the effect of automatic scrolling in the menu page, among other things on these sites:

    How to obtain this effect, I would like to do it on my website, meant that, certainly some jQuery, JavaScript ...?

    The top 2 sites are using Jquery and javascript for their effects.

    JQuery has many animation methods built into their libraries

    The bottom link is using javascrit and AJAX ( asynchronous JavaScript )...

    Right click on the pages and select "view source"... most of the javascript and ajax components are easily re-created... the last page uses some ajax API's pulled directly from Googles repository and they have some pretty good samples and tutorials there as well.
