    That would be javascripting ... post your question in that section.

    FYI ...
    I first saw a black screen with the "loading" gif progress bar.
    That took about 15 seconds to do. At that point, unless I was
    really interested in the site, I would have simply clicked my
    back button and went to a different site.

    My opinion ...
    All of that "fluff" is going to turn away users.
    And what happens when your site is opened with an iPad or smartphone?
    That background image alone is so huge ... is it necessary?

    People just want to see what they are about, and a phone number, or email.
    Even a single-page site is all they need.

    And every time I click the home button, I have to see the black screen again ... aarg!

    Was gonna say... Took about 20 seconds ( which is about 16 seconds longer than I normally wait ), to load the main page ( or at least see something )... So it wasn't just me... Wary or saying that until I know it's not just me...

    For clicking the homebutton
    Code:

     $('#content').delay(5000).slideDown();
    });
    For after the page loads
    Code:
    $(document).ready(function(){
     $('#content').hide();
     $('#content').delay(5000).slideDown(); //slides down can do .show
