    Hi,

I have just uploaded a website and the client and a friend are having an issue with the query plugin on this page: http://www.charliemiller.com/stafford-st-people

The pop-up is cutting off on the right side and bottom.

As far as I know they are using IE8, possibly on a Windows Vista PC - it is also displaying on firefox on a pc but not all. I am unable to re-create the problem as I run OSX and also have my Joomla designer unable to re-create the problem on a PC running it on safari/opera/chrome/firefox and all versions of IE.

Can anybody re-create the issue and please advise what the fix might be, do you have any IE specific code that might work but not override the settings in the Joomla admin extension? Could it be due to running Vista causing the issue as I have already been advised it might be?

    Many thanks for looking

It's due to monitor resolution. You'll either have to reduce the size of the image or use some sort of plugin that scales the images.

The thing is that it isn't images that are being used, the content is added to the module and the plugin animates it - it is however a set size area that displays the content. I didn't apply the plugin it myself but have been told there is no way to attach an 'elastic' size property. Do you know of another Joomla compatible plugin that can be applied without having to add all of the content again? Thanks

Hi Ronald, my Joomla designer has checked it and you are 100% correct(not that I doubted you) it is to do with resolution, do don't happen to know of any plugin that scales? Thanks
