Hello everyone, I m shashank from India.

I want a similar listing page on my website. www.thebrokenscooter.com

The website is mostly about the city I live in, Bhubaneswar. So i want a listing of places in bhubaneswar. seems like the original website is using a yellow pages DB. I will be having my own DB.

What i really want to know is, get the home page to search and show results one by one on from my DB, like they do on the original website. and how to show the location on google maps. ?

For pulling data from your db you need to look at PHP and mysql for data storage and display.

You'll need to look at google maps for API's to included their maps.
