Hello lads any idea how to create j.s for stock/inventory counter for online shop that buyers would see how many of certain product is left in my stock. And how to connect that to pay pal that while product its purchased the stock would go down and if its out of stock to show message that's out of stock?? For any help i would be reeeeeeely greatful.
Hate to be the one to tell you, but, pay pal is a "payment processor", and that's it. Pay pal has nothing to do with anything but payment for items selected, period.
The inventory part, should be done way before the "but now" button, also, shipping should be calculated "before" even showing the visitor the pay pal button.
so how do you do that ? Most shopping carts have a "no of items" to sell, to show when you're out of inventory, but the inventory issue never is easy, if you sell from multiple systems ( online and at a physical store ), then you have to constantly adjust your "online numbers". Which most systems really don't have a builtin way of handling, that's where custom programming comes in.

A few things to add to that:
1) You'll never be able to do that accurately with the "Buy Now" button or anything else that leads the user to process its transaction off the server. PayPal Express Checkout can work since the user ends up back on the server to finish off the transaction, but PayPal's Buy Now button won't work, simply because the user may not choose to return once the transaction is processed. So you'll need either PayPal Website Payments Standard or Pro (both of which can be flaky at times) to do what you want.
2) That would depend on your online shop. Some of them (e.g. Magento) have features built in for stock tracking and things, but the ones that do quite often are rigid and difficult to customize. If you've built it from scratch yourself, then the answer to your question will depend on what you built.
