    Hello sir I an working as a web developer on .net4.0. And I want to show data on aspx page from database using javascript. Can this be possible? If yes tell me solution.

    You use HTML to display the data on an ASPX page. jQuery/Javascript is only utliized if you want to add XML to the proceedings to retrieve / alter additional data.

    There are about a trillion ways to answer this question, and if you were even a halfway decent programmer you'd know this and not look for a generic answer to a question like this. So what exactly are you trying to do?

    I've done a little with ajax in the past to pull data depending on user selections, but why not use the power of asp.net to pull it ?
