    Help with custom form\table

Hello. I am trying to build a form on a website to turn a paper contract into an online form. It requires default values that are editable and revert back to default when closed as well so perform calculations to auto populate the totals into different area. Any help with this is appreciated. Thank you

I'm not totally sure what kind of help you are looking for, perhaps if your more specific on what you would like to know, I can help more. You will require an HTML page for your form, Javascript to calculate and update your totals and a server side scripting language such as PHP to hand the form submission and CSS to style it and make it look good.

HTML / PHP is required by the sounds of things. When the form is submitted, your values from the input fields needs to be saved as variables and displayed on another page in the format of a form. Do these submissions needs to be stored in a database or just outputted? Do you need data validation on them etc?

If you could provide some more information or a link to somewhere I can take a look I'd be more than happy to help.
