John Mc Grath liked post by sasha_bolcina On thread : How do you pass variables from a table to another page using a search bar and session
First of all, you need session_start(); on every page before start using $_SESSION Then, test session content with print_r($_SESSION); to see if the data in the session are set properly.

Yes, you can. You can give a variable any default value you like. I don't understand the second part of the question. And a review site could have issues with anyone whose products you're...

John Mc Grath liked post by TheGAME1264 On thread : How do you order data from database from within a page?
Somewhere on your php page you'd have a query that looks something like this: select * from 'your_table' order by 'dateAdded' The query should be self-explanatory, but if it isn't then I'll...

John Mc Grath liked post by TheGAME1264 On thread : Is it better to have jquery library within your site or as a link?
Within your site. That way, you know exactly where it is and don't have to rely on an external source to serve it. This becomes an issue if a potential user can reach your site but not the external...

John Mc Grath liked post by Ronald Roe On thread : Is it better to have jquery library within your site or as a link?
Regarding the "tabs" question, you'll have to elaborate. In general, tabbed interfaces don't need JS, but if you're using AJAX to bring in subsequent pages, which isn't the smartest idea in regards...
