    Exclamation ,aspx to something else

So i have a client who had a site built for him by someone, who did not finish the job.
He has given me the files from the other guy but they are all .aspx files - i can't even see what the layout should look like.
Is there a program i can use (preferably free) to at least view these pages so i can attempt to reproduce the layout for him? He is not very good at describing what he wants them to look like, but he did like the layout the other guy did. He does not want the site in .aspx - he wants to use html and php with a MySql database...

If you've got a Windows machine, install IIS on it and download ASP.net at least version 3.5 on it. You can do all of that for free.

    Who else would? :P

Now, this isn't a guarantee it will work. If there's an error in the code (e.g. invalid database connection string or something), then you'll have to debug it to see the output.

So I totally cheated - opened the damned things in Dreamweaver design view, took a screenshot of the layout (yes, I know it's not accurate but I get the gist), and am re-creating it in HTML.
