Recently I installed the Topo PHP Toplist script on the directories section of my website. The script allows both the configuration by its webmaster and the editing by list members. So after configuring, I added my site to the list along with the first member. Everything worked fine, I could edit the site I added, and the member's site showed up fine. Then about a day later when I attempted to edit my listing, the Login screen showed only the name of the other member of my toplist and a password field. It would not let me select my username to edit my listing. So I went to the admin section and deleted the member's site, as they had not installed the voting link anyway. Then I went back to the 'edit site' screen hoping to see my username listed, and instead there was only blank space in the drop down menu. If I entered a password & submitted, it returned only this error.

As you can see, the error references a file used for its plaintext database. The members sites are stored as .dat and .php files with a long number for identification. The one I deleted got deleted, and its files no longer exist. I am guessing now whatever system tells the 'edit screen' what username to display thinks the deleted member is still there.. so it wont display other names.

I have tried the Topo support forum, but it seems deserted. If you can make any sense of that, your help is appreciated!! I was considering a reinstall, but I think the problem would simply reappear.
