    A common error.. or not error but i don't like it...

    Uggly code:
    --
    $pos = 0;
    while ([condition])
    {
    $pos++;
    $arr[$pos] = $value
    }

    i like something like this..

    while ([condition]) $arr[] = $value

    less varibles.. less memory.. less line code... less work!

    You still program a script. A script is considered a type of program.

    More dubious is "I'm an HTML programmer!" because you can write neither scripts nor programs in HTML. It is, as the acronym reveals, a markup language.

    LOL... I love how the spammers come in and ressurect 10 year-old posts and expect us not to notice what they're up to! :-D

    This is actually a great read, though, so I'm gonna leave this post resurrected. The only part I don't agree with is #11 - OO code. Of course, that has changed in the last several years, so you can't expect the article to have predicted the future!

    I suggest everyone read this list of don'ts - the last several are very important parts of the development process.
