Content Manager script

Can anyone recommend an easy to use content manager script that I can apply to my exisiting web sites that will allow my clients the ability to change both photos and text? Many of my clients are not too computer savvy, so it should be easy to use.

Well, there are literally thousands.

So try a place which includes lots of different ones.

I Recomend MAMBO or Drupal.

You also can find a module or component to share photos, etc, in their sites

I have one in development but it's commercial not free. Using it on several sites but haven't packaged it up for sale yet to other developers.

I should be more descriptive...I am not looking for a portal system. I am looking for a simple script I can apply to my exisitng web sites.
