    Hi everyone,
I have a client who wants a form submitted to a secure site where he will then receive an email notifying him of the submission. I have never done a form before. I have been reading up on PHP, and hoping that this might be the route I need to take.... any suggestions on how I should approach this problem?

    thanks in advance.

A form of what type? It's very abstract to say you want to submit a form.

You should put the form on the same secured server as its submission destination to avoid security messages from the browser.

    I apologize for not clarifying.

It is a reservation form that will include a user's name, location, time in and out and credit card information. The form would then be sent to a secure site where the client could retrieve the data.
