    Is there a PHP equivalent of the following ASP.NET calendar? I just want a simple calendar script for a Linux hosted site, so I don't have to go in and edit the HTML calendar that is there now.

    Code:
    <form runat="server">
    <asp:Calendar runat="server" />
    </form>

    Hi Chris,

    What about this one?: http://www.easyphpcalendar.com/freeDownload.php

    We have never used it, but I have heard that it works pretty well. Not sure if that is exactly what you are after or not.

    IMPORTANT! Easy PHP Calendar requires a 'decoder' to run and there are two decoders available. The test script will determine if a server meets the requirements to run the calendar script and which decoder type to use.
    That bit on the front page is the main reason that I haven't already downloaded.

    I agree. Seems like a little much to go through for a calendar.

    I imagine that you have already checked out Hotscripts:
    http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Script...ars/index.html.

    Some of those look promising.

    I am not sure of your exact requirements, but the Google Calendar embeds very nicely, IMO. We have had a few clients that wanted us to make use of it on their sites.

    http://www.barb-powell.com is the site I am working on. I have the calendar there, that I want to duplicate (or get darn close) with PHP. I have tried one script that mucked up the layout royally, so that went out the door quick.

    Personally, I think the Google Calendar might work. Clients like it because it can be updated through any web browser. However, since it is more Ajaxish (if that is a word ), it may not be what you are after.

    Here is a Flash / PHP calendar that looked pretty good. Prolly easy to customize too: http://www.phpjabbers.com/web-calendar/.

    I may be way off base with what you are after.
