    Hi,

I've incorporated WebCalendar into my Business to Business site, and I'm interested in setting things up so that when a user logs into my site, they also log into their account on my WebCalendar. Any thoughts on how to do this?

    Cheers,

    K.

How is the rest of your site set-up ... a CMS like Joomla?
You mentioned that they log into your site, but you
didn't say how they do that.

With not enough information ... I'll just throw in my 2 cents worth of ideas....

Find the part where they log into your site and see what
sessions are being created... then find the spot in the
WebCalendar directory where the login for that occurs.

WebCalendar may have a file called: login.php?

Look at the sessions created with WebCalendar.

Now, go back to your website login and make a copy
of that script (in a safe place) because you will be
altering it. Add the session stuff from WebCalendar
into the website log-in script so you create sessions
for both at the same time with one login.

When you go into the WebCalendar directories, it
will already see the valid session started, so it will
    run without needing to login.

    Hi Mlseim,

Thanks for the feedback. I put together the login script for my site, so I'll have a look and see whether your suggestion works, then report back.

    Cheers,

    K.
