    I need to create a User/Password for my database. But the client doesn't have cpanel installed, only phpMyAdmin. And, I only know how to create a user for a database with cPanel.

    Is there any way I could do with it phpMyAdmin?

    Need it to install vBulletin, which has the

    $dbusername="";
    $dbpassword="";

    Any help?

    Regards,
    Chris

    In phpMyAdmin homepage there should be a link at the bottom that says "Permissions" - use that it's for adding/editing users for the database.

    On a side note, NEVER make a user with no name no pass... that's just asking for a hacker to destory your site.
