I have a script that selects a random record from the database. I notice that sometimes the same image will display multiple times. I want to set a cookie on the user's end that will keep track of the images that they have already viewed, and if the randomizer picks an image that the user has already seen, run the randomizer script again. My question is, how would I go about doing this? does anyone have an example? TIA!

I guess I don't understand the purpose of a randomizer if you're trying to control what is or is not shown...

eventually ( depending on how many images you're working with )... the randomizer will be selecting from 1 image ? then what ?

how many images are you dealing with ?
