    You'll need to know some information from your webhost ... how many emails can you send in 1 hour, 1 day, etc. Many webhosts limit how many emails can be send at any given time. The answer to that question will determine how we answer your question.

    Good point - the tutorial I posted only deals with the code, not the hosting rules!

    AlphaMare hmm this kind of codes are little complicated for me , i dont know if i will success. Is there any easyer way like an e mail from ?
    So when some1 type in his e mail and press submit button , i will recieve an e mail which will look something like this :

    explain.jpg

    I have some codes already but need to be edited to looks like that , here are my codes :

    PHP Code:
    <?php header("Refresh: 3;url=http://radojica.com/kontakt.html");
    $to "radojica2012@hotmail.com";$name=$_POST['name'];$email $_POST ['email'];$message $_POST['message']. "\n\n ___________________________________ \n\n Ime : " .$name;$headers "From:" $email  ;mail($to,$name,$message,$headers);

    if(
    mail){ echo "<html>"; echo "<head>"; echo "<title>Radojica - Kontakt</title>"; echo "</head>"; echo "<body background='../images/mfbg.jpg'>"; echo "<br><br><br><br>";echo "<center><img src='../images/messagesent.png'></center>"; echo "</body>"; echo "</html>"; }else{     echo "<html>"; echo "<head>"; echo "<title>Radojica - Kontakt</title>"; echo "</head>"; echo "<body background='../images/mfbg.jpg'>"; echo "<br><br><br><br>";echo "<center><img src='../images/messagefailed.png'></center>"; echo "</body>"; echo "</html>"; } ?>
    So after a person press the submit button it will take him on a page which tells him he successfully subscribed and then he will be automaticly redirected back to the page where he was.
    So how could i edit this to looks like on this image i shared?

    Hmmm, well my hosting company gives unlimited data transfer , emails etc.

    So when a person subscribes to a newsletter what happens? Is there a PHP script that writes that person's email into a database? And what is the newsletter ... a PDF file, or just a plain text email that gets sent to people on the newsletter list?

    I really dont know how it works but i think the last one thing that you wrote. so when people subscribe their emails get stored somewhere , and when i send an e mail , everyone will recieve it who subscribed. If its possible to work like that it will be good .

    But there is another way too. So can it work like an e mail form ? So when some1 type in his e mail and press subscribe i will recieve an e mail which will look like this :

    explain.jpg

    So let's make up a scenerio ... on how you plan on doing it.

    I go to your website and see a box where it says "Enter your email address to subscribe to our Newsletter".
    I enter my email address and submit.

    You get an email that has my email address and the email says: "mlseim@mysite.com wishes to get the newsletter".
    You save all of those emails that you get and somehow when you send out the newsletter, all of those people (including me) get the newsletter.
    You have to create an email with everyone's name in the BCC (blind carbon copy) box and attach the newsletter or send it in plain text?

    Is that how you plan on doing this?

    ===========

    Now, here's the scenerio of my website ... on how my plan works ....

    You go to my website and see a box where it says "Enter your email address to subscribe to our Newsletter".
    You enter your email address and submit.

    Your email address goes into a MySQL database along with a permission code.
    I have created a Newsletter and saved my newsletter as a PDF file and it is stored on my website.
    At a certain date, my PHP script (automatic CRON job) sends out the PDF file to all of the email addresses in my database.

    When you get the newsletter, you'll see the PDF attached and can open it. You also have a link in your email to "unsubscribe".
    If you "unsubscribe", the permission code in my database gets changed so you will no longer receive the newsletter.

    All of this happens without me getting any emails ... ever ... I don't have to check my emails, I don't have to save them.
    The only thing I do is create the newsletter and upload my PDF newsletter file to my website ... that's all I need to do.
    If I'm on vacation, I can create the PDF files ahead of time and upload several of them. They will be sent out automatically
    when it's time for them to go.

    ==============

    You wish to do this like the first scenerio?
    The part I'm not understanding is why the email needs to look like the image you are showing us.
    You are the one getting the email that tells you what person (email address) needs to get a newsletter.
    Why is that image important? I don't understand that part.

    If you wish to do example number two, you'll have to hire a programmer or find an existing script.

    Hmm i wish it to work like on your website with PDF and MySQL , but problem is I am not so much experienced with parts like MySQL database`es etc.
    So this will be hard for me. So in this case i like more the first solution. So when some1 type in his e mail and the field and press the button , i will recieve the email like on the image that i show you. The image is not so important , thats just an example , but i will be happy if it will work like that.

    I think this codes are good enough , but need to be edited
    PHP Code:
    <?php header("Refresh: 3;url=http://radojica.com/kontakt.html");
    $to "radojica2012@hotmail.com";$name=$_POST['name'];$email $_POST ['email'];$message $_POST['message']. "\n\n ___________________________________ \n\n Ime : " .$name;$headers "From:" $email  ;mail($to,$name,$message,$headers);

    if(
    mail){ echo "<html>"; echo "<head>"; echo "<title>Radojica - Kontakt</title>"; echo "</head>"; echo "<body background='../images/mfbg.jpg'>"; echo "<br><br><br><br>";echo "<center><img src='../images/messagesent.png'></center>"; echo "</body>"; echo "</html>"; }else{     echo "<html>"; echo "<head>"; echo "<title>Radojica - Kontakt</title>"; echo "</head>"; echo "<body background='../images/mfbg.jpg'>"; echo "<br><br><br><br>";echo "<center><img src='../images/messagefailed.png'></center>"; echo "</body>"; echo "</html>"; } ?>

    So how to make it when i recieve that e mail , the title to be custom and the description too to be custom, so if its possible to look like on the image.

    What do you think about mate ? can you help me to make it like that ?
    I am not so enough experienced for php etc , i am working on static websites.
