    Do you mean how to design a forum, or how to configure one?

    I mean how to learn from existing complete forum software design using php+mysql. Where can I find a systematic introduction on this?

    I need to learn enough in order to do the following thing:
    I would like write a code to automatically setup 100years X 12months X 30days X 24hours forum levels, for example:
    1920
    1920-->20year
    1920-->20year-->month_1
    1920-->20year-->month_1-->day_1
    1920-->20year-->month_1-->day_1-->0_hour
    and so on.

    You're first going to have to learn PHP and MySQL.

    http://www.php.net

    http://www.mysql.com

    If you have phpMyAdmin, you can see the schema of the database you have.

    If you learn PHP Date functions and MySQL functions, you can learn to create a loop that will populate the database with your dates.

    If you're looking for help in doing it, you've already been told twice that we can't give you details on that.

    Really, you should be posting to http://www.vbulletin.com

    not sure if is still available, but if you had vb license, you were able to download ERD ( Entity Relation Diagram) for vB's database schema from member's area.
