If IE do this if firefox/chrome do that

Hello, I have a website I was editing and ran into a problem. there is a widget for itunes that will not show up except within internet explorer. So firefox and chrome have a gaping hole on that side of the page.

I was wondering if there was some php magic that would detect if using ie or firefox/chome and would resize a widget next to the twitter widget.

eg running ie nothing changes on the page.
running firefox/chrome the widget size is edited from width="460" to width="740"?

I have included the html code below and in the separate code box is the widgets in question.

Thank you so much, this has been driving me crazy, as i have not had time to learn php.

IDK if there's a way to feed information like that back to PHP without either refreshing the page or connecting through AJAX to the script. I do know, however that you could hide it by default and then use a conditional comment to display only in IE.

I would suggest, however that it's probably a better idea to figure out why only IE displays it.
