    PHP Security Code

    The following code is from a request box on my website that I had someone design for me. Needless to say the guy who designed it didn't do that good of a job or he tried to extort me for more money. He did the site and I tested it from my computer and it all worked, then two weeks later all the links aren't working and when I asked him to fix it he wanted a crazy amount of money.

    anyways, about the request box, it shows up and everything is as it should be, except for the Security Code (scode?) box that is supposed to have the random number/letters in it. I don't have a clue about PHP but can somewhat make my way around HTML and CSS. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    <div id="box_free_estimate">
    <img src="images/title_box_free_estimate.jpg" width="232" height="43" alt="Free Estimate" /><br /><br />
    <form action="request-quick.php" method="post" name="form_request" id="form" onsubmit="return checkEstimate(this);">
    <script type="text/javascript">
    var rndvl_estimate = Math.ceil(Math.random()*Number(1000000000000));
    document.write(tag_open+'input type="hidden" name="rndvl" value="'+rndvl_estimate+'"'+tag_close);
    <label>Name<span class="required">*</span></label><br /><input type="text" name="name" /><br />
    <label>Phone<span class="required">*</span></label><br /><input type="text" name="phone" /><br />
    <label>Email<span class="required">*</span></label><br /><input type="text" name="email" /><br />
    <label>Comment Box</label><br /><textarea name="comments" cols="" rows=""></textarea>
    <br class="clear" /><br />

    There is a PHP script called securitycode_image.php .... you need to post that so we can see it. But I suppose it does not exist, and he won't give you that script?
