    I rent a hosted server for a online game. they gave me website space.
    i have root access to webserver. could you please lay out for me the correct steps in being able to use and connect php/mysql. so i would be able to start placing content on the website. the site uses a subdomin already set up by the hosting company. sorry these are very basics ? but i am brand new to this sort of thing.
