    PHP Code:
    echo "<h2>_         _" $description "</h2>\n"
    Ok, see that large space in between the _ _" ? I want that to show up on the site. It keeps refusing to show the spaces on the site. I know this is a basic problem, just can't remember how to fix it.

    remember that IE will collaps multiple spaces into a single one. nbsp is html entity for "non-breaking space", which is preserved by the browser.

    For the record, you can put the code:
    Code:
    &amp;nbsp;
    into WDF, but just make sure to use the special chars on the AMP, like so:
    Code:
    &amp;amp;nbsp;
    It's like that cause the special chars get processed once for output to the browser. Make sense? (for the last example, I had to to an AMP, then the text amp; and the text nbsp; !!! LOL)

    BTW, Wired, the nbsp stands for "no break space" I believe, which would mean that it's a space block associated with the previous character or block of characters.

    You can also surround it with the preformatting code tag <pre>. Very useful when displaying code.

    But you can't use <pre> on WDF because WDF doesn't allow HTML ;-)
