    I am trying to send a few variables using:

    header("Location: /viewQuiz.php?level=$level&unit=$unit");

    (where you see "&" there is really " & a m p ; ")

    but it will only read the first variable "level". If i switch the variables around then it will only read unit. why does it only read one?

    Any ideas?

    If that doens't work.. try getting rid of the double quotes and replacing them with single quotes (and use seraph's method) PHP has a sneaky way of dealing with things when they're in double quotes.

    Cool, seraph's method worked yet it doesnt help to eliminte the quote problem. i didnt try the single quote method though.

    BUT, i just learned how to use sessions so my days of troublesome variable passing is over.

    thanks for your help
